Places of Transit

My interest in the idea of the spaces we pass through from one point to another.  Departure and arrival lounges, train cars, and planes exist in a realm of pure function and yet are almost entirely liminal spaces.  They are the borderlands, the grey areas, outside of what we grasp as place.
